By using VisibilityScore.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

2. Description of Service

VisibilityScore.com is a free AI readiness scanner for small businesses and restaurants. It analyzes publicly accessible websites for common AI visibility signals including SEO, schema markup, local presence, AI crawler access, and reputation signals. Results are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only scan websites for which you have authorization or that are publicly accessible. You agree not to:

  • Use the scanner to attack, probe, or interfere with any website or system.
  • Automate requests to the scanner in ways that overload or abuse the service.
  • Use VisibilityScore.com for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Scan websites belonging to others without their permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. VisibilityScore.com does not guarantee that scan results are 100% accurate, complete, or representative of how AI search engines will actually treat your website. AI search algorithms change frequently and results may vary.

5. Limitation of Liability

VisibilityScore.com and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on scan results. You use the Service at your own risk. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for any services (which may be $0 for the free scanner).

6. Paid Services

If you purchase a paid service (e.g., the $297/month AI-Ready Website or $97 audit), the following apply:

  • Month-to-month subscriptions require 30 days written notice to cancel.
  • One-time audit fees are non-refundable once the audit has been delivered.
  • You retain ownership of any custom content created specifically for your business.
  • Subscription websites are deactivated upon cancellation unless a buyout is agreed upon.

7. Intellectual Property

The VisibilityScore.com brand, scanner code, and website content are the property of VisibilityScore.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Scan reports generated about your own website may be freely used by you.
